Very slow to communicate.Purchased this bundle to find out 1st it was missing one cable in the box to connect a camera. E-mailed all the info and proof of purchase and was told a week ago, they would send on out. Not received yet. Second the unit is suppose to be a 1TB HD recorder. The 1TB was written on the outside of the mater box, but inside the DVR box indicated 500kb.
